Issue 16 - DOWNLOAD NOW!

Like a bad penny, we’ve turned up again, looking even more fabulous this time. Despite the regeneration, we guarantee that inside, we’ll be as shabby and as controversial as ever.

With evan more spelling mistakes this time.

In Issue 16 of Fish Fingers and Custard:
  • We take a look at series 8, review the episodes and investigate whether or not Steven Moffat likes to strip off when writing scripts
  • Growing up as a fan; one ardent fan looks through his life and how it has intertwined with Doctor Who, on and off-screen
  • Russell T. Davies’ novel ‘Damaged Goods’ is reviewed, along with its recent Big Finish adaptation
  • Toby Hadoke’s Who’s Round – A Podcast for fans of all ages
And much more!

If you'd like to contribute to a future Issue of the fanzine, please don't hesitate to drop us an e-mail at fishcustardfanzine@googlemail.com

Payment methods

PayPal

To purchase the fanzine via PayPal, you can do so by sending the amount that applies to you, along with your name and address, to fishcustardfanzine@googlemail.com – please select the ‘Family and Friends’ option when sending the payment.

Please note that this doesn’t mean that you’re family, but friends is fair enough. You wouldn’t want me as your family, I would eat all your biscuits.

Fish Custard Shop (Credit/Debit Card)

You can also purchase the Issue from our shop, using your credit/debit card by clicking here

Please note that the payment process is undertaken by PayPal, but you don’t need to sign up to anything, just follow the steps. Also – the slightly higher price of the fanzine in the shop is to pay for the fee that PayPal likes to collect each fanzine.

If you’d like to contact us for whatever reason, be it to contribute something, or offer me a job, or if you just fancy having a chat, please e-mail fishcustardfanzine@googlemail.com

Cheers!

Issue 16 - NEW Contribution Details

The time has come again...Fish Fingers and Custard Issue 16 will (hopefully) be released next month and as always, we need YOUR help to make it happen!

For this issue, we're mainly looking for reviews (positive or negative - we don't discriminate!) of the entirety of Series 8, or even just individual episodes. We have no set word count - we generally aim for about 700 or so, but we'll except anything really! For further details, please see our information page

Of course, if you'd like to write about something other than the latest series then please feel free to contribute that also. The only rule is - it has to be at least vaguely-related to Doctor Who!
Please e-mail fishcustardfanzine@googlemail.com with your articles. The deadline is 31st July.

Thanks!

Issue 16 - Contribution Details

The fanzine will be back next month - and as always, we're looking for contributions.

We'll be reviewing Series 8 as an whole, there's no set word count for these reviews as of yet, so you can just send in whatever you feel like writing (positive or negative) on the last series of Doctor Who. If you'd like to write anything else that relates to Doctor Who, this too will be gratefully accepted. If you've been to any conventions in the last 6 months or so for example, we'd love a report on one. We have a submissions guide here if you'd like to check it out for any ideas.

The e-mail address to send us your questions or stuff to is fishcustardfanzine@googlemail.com and the deadline is 6th March.

Cheers!
